Hobbies & Interests

I love to learn new skills. Because of this, I've become an avid cook, brewer, fisherman, traveler, mechanic, and husband. My current project is in learning how to restore classic fiberglass speedboats (a 1969 Glastron Skiflite).

Why Learning Sciences?

If something we are doing doesn't have meaning or purpose, then we need to ask why we are doing it in the first place. The Learning Sciences moves beyond "the what" and deeply considers the why and how behind things.

Why LSRI at UIC?

LSRI provides a rich space to engage in rigorous, cross-disciplinary research among a diverse group of expert researchers.
