Joint LS / Chemistry Seminar Shawn Stevens (Click name for speaker's biography) Shawn Stevens of the University of Michigan and the National Center for Teaching and Learning in Nanoscale Science and Engineering will be visiting us on Monday, Feb. 25 and Tuesday, Feb. 26th. She will present a seminar on her research, "The Development and Application of a Learning Progression for the Nature of Matter as it Pertains to Nanoscience," at 4:00pm on Monday, Feb. 25, in 130 Science and Engineering South. Members of the learning sciences and STEM education communities at UIC are encouraged to participate in this visit by attending the seminar and by meeting with Shawn.
